CHAINLIFT V2

It took a bit to figure out, but now that I have the hang of it, it works great. It was a piece of cake to move my TT bike off tthe trainer ando take to the shop and put my road bike on. The bikes used different adapters, but selecting the correct one was not an issue and the tool worked the same for both bikes.

This tool makes getting my wheel off a breeze. and for an E-bike that's nice. I do have a rear rack on my bike so i have to use it just a little different. Maybe you can give me a little advice. ill send you pictures.

My only criticism towards Shimano is the lack of extending and holding the derailleur open to take the rear wheel off, but for the rest, I love my Shimano XTR group!! But, Radian built the perfect solution. Great and very easy to use! I hated taking my bike apart to do the maintenance, but this tool makes it easy and fast! I say it’s worth every penny!!

The Chainlift tool is an excellent tool to use when removing the rear wheel, it is fast simple and easy. Check out their videos prior to using and you’ll be good to go. Customer service is there as well, Fernando answered my question right away.

It only looks complicated at first. Once you watch the video and you figure out which bolt size to use. It is a very simple process. It keeps the chain in place and prevents it from rubbing on your frame. I love this tool!

I have no negative comments for this tool. It makes removing the rear wheel very simple. In addition, it helps protect your frame from accidental nicks and scrapes.

Watch the minute long video's on the website and you'll realize pretty quickly how it works. Once you do, it becomes really easy to quickly use. Its a lifesaver for doing maintenance and troubleshooting on your own. Also, I had a question and emailed the Chainlift team and they responded within a couple of hours outside of business hours!

I finally got to use this tool to swap out my rear tire. What a convenient way to hold the chain and do repairs. Highly recommend this indispensable piece of equipment!!

I have all through Axels except for the rear of my Cannondale SuperSix. It is quick release on the rear only, and I always have a fight getting the disc brake and chain lined up. The other problem was hearing the disc rub if I didn't have it right. This tool solves both my problems. It showed up soon after I ordered it, and I spent an hour playing around with it on the rack. I wish I could carry it with me on rides Ha!!!

Changing the back tire and now that we have a trainer that needs to be removed it comes in handy without all the grease on your hands!

Works perfectly and accomplishes everything I need it to. I bought this primarily to use for cleaning but found it makes transporting the bike easier also so it has multiple uses. Great product!!

Chain Lift resided on my tool wall pristine in its box because I bought if on a whim to add to my collection. But having finally run it through its paces I can endorse the product. Whether you own a bike stand as I do, or not, it easily lifts your chain out of the way of your cassette to allow for less “hands engagement” with your chain. Rear wheel removal is easy. Also I note it makes cleaning my chain and cassette easier since I hated removing my rear wheel to do this task and thus didn’t as often as I needed to. “How to use” videos are essential resources to consult the first time you try it. Ample information to access same comes in the box. One catch - if you have a rear pannier rack over your wheel (which I have on a Tandem) the tool is still useable but not as easy and seamless to use as on my road bike without a rack. It is also possible that fender brackets might also confound it depending upon configuration. Just need to be aware and flexible in application if these obstacles exist. Still a good tool to have.

I used it on June 3 for the first time, it works as advertised, sturdy plastic and well-made. Since I am now beginning to build electric bicycles or convert regular bicycles into E bikes, I will use it often. I am satisfied and happy with the purchase

This was so simple to use and made cleaning my bike so easy. Next I’m going to change my tires and I don’t know what is more exciting, new tires or getting to use my ChainLift again. Thank you for this awesome product!

Using it now with Shimano XT 12 speed derailleur. Takes a small bit getting used to, but works!

With a little bit of patience and following the wonderful tag on chain left: “Stop: I am something new……” - I loved the tag b/c much like most things in life we need to understand before we can accomplish-
The videos were extremely helpful and I had chainlift set up and working on my road bike in no time!
The tool is quality made and very well thought out. I look forward to years of service & making my bike repairs a breeze!

I have two MTBs, one is a 3x9 with Shimano transmission and the other a 1x11 with a SRAM transmission. Finding the correct pin was easier than reading the instructions. I already used Chainlift on both bikes to do maintenance and to help move the old one on and off the Kickr, it's made a huge difference.
The impression is of good robustness, feels solid and well assembled

I would like to start off by saying that I held off on buying the ChainLift as it wasn’t something that I necessarily NEEDED. I was initially disappointed when I received the product as it would not work and kept slipping off of my GRX-810 derailleur (I have a gravel bike). In working with customer service, they were well aware of the issue, and gave me a choice of a refund or a ‘modified’ version. I opted for the modified version and I’m glad I did. I received the modified version quickly albeit the holidays since they sent it a couple of minutes after I replied to the email. I am now able to do everything MUCH easier from cleaning my bike to troubleshooting my disc brakes and swapping my wheels. It’s one of those things that you didn’t know you needed until you use it. Great quality materials, and excellent product backed by model customer service!! Kudos to the ChainLift Team!!!

If you watch the video you'll see hands down this is a great product! Their website has all the information you need if you have trouble figuring it out on your own. They do recommend watching all the tutorials first before using but it's really not complicated. The only issue I had when using it for the first time was when removing and reattaching the rim. If you didn't have to use the middle chainring it would be nice but hey, a very small price to pay for the added benefits the product offers. 5 STARS!!!! Would give more if there was an option for it! =)

If you want a clean bike you gotta do it yourself. The bike cleaning is done best with the wheels off and you need to cycle the chain a lot to get it nice and free of dirt and muck...CHAINLIFT. If you want to transport your bike inside your car without damaging your drivetrain...CHAINLIFT. If you love your bikes, then you need CHAINLIFT. Thank me later. Cheers!
