Great Customer Service

After several emails, probably trying the patience of Fernandez, he sent me this pin to help use the Chainlift on my P-38 recumbent. Unique to this bike with double chainstays, I had trouble getting the Chainlift in close enough for the gray bumper piece to engage properly. Fernandez sent me this pin, which helps with that issue. The real message here is excellent customer service, which I really appreciate.
